Enquiries and free reports
Sending an enquiry does not make a payment or create a paid service agreement. A free report covers one location or target market and one priority service or product category. It is prepared personally and sent to your work email. No website access, payment details or sales call is required to receive it.
Paid work
Implementation and ongoing support are optional. Before paid work begins, a separate agreement sets out the deliverables, fees, access, responsibilities, approvals and timing. Prices described as “from” are starting prices; your agreed scope determines the final fee.
Your information and approvals
Provide accurate business information and only share material you are authorised to share. You approve factual changes before publication. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Examples and outcomes
Sample reports, example questions and animations illustrate the service. They are not live audits or customer results. AI answers can vary; recommendations, rankings, citations, traffic, enquiries and bookings are not guaranteed. NearMention cannot directly edit an AI assistant’s answer.
Independent services
NearMention is not endorsed by or presented as a partner of the AI search providers it checks. Following a link to another service does not place that service under NearMention’s control.

Operator information
The operator’s legal identity, public contact address and applicable legal terms remain to be confirmed. These website terms do not replace the separate agreement required for paid work.
