What you provide
The enquiry form asks for your email, website or public listing, and target market. You may also add a priority service, product or message. A personalised link can supply a public business name, industry and campaign details. Please do not include medical, payment or other sensitive information.
How your enquiry is used
We use these details to respond to your enquiry or prepare the free report you request. We record the request type, submission time, status and your consent to be contacted. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or commit you to paid work.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Railway. The website does not automatically send form contents to an AI model. Hosting providers process technical requests to operate and secure the site. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives browser requests for those files.
Personalised links and receipts
Public business labels, industries, target markets and campaign tags may appear in the URL. Those details can be read by anyone with the link. We do not use your IP address to personalise your location. After submission, the URL includes a request reference so you can reopen the receipt; it does not include the private form fields.
Other services
Following a WhatsApp support link opens WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send a message. The AI receptionist demo opens a separate application at voice.nearmention.com. Interactions with those services are separate from this website’s enquiry form.
Questions about your information
Use the contact route below to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer want to be contacted about your enquiry. Do not include sensitive information in the request.
