What a useful visibility update should tell you

You should not need another login to understand what has been done and what happens next.

What was checked?

A useful update identifies the questions, the place, the assistants and the observation dates. It distinguishes a named-business check from an unbranded discovery question. Without that context, a colourful percentage can be difficult to interpret.

What actually changed?

Ask for the pages edited, information corrected and links fixed. Separate completed work from recommendations waiting for approval. A task marked done should point to something you can inspect.

What was observed?

An answer may mention your name, cite your site or contain an error. Report these separately. Where enquiries or bookings can be traced, include them with the attribution method and its limitations. Do not present estimates as confirmed revenue.

What needs your attention?

End with a short list of decisions, not a new project for the owner. “Please confirm whether this treatment price includes the consultation” is more useful than “improve entity coverage.” This is the kind of personal update NearMention is designed to provide.
